Return and Refund policy for in store purchases:

Prescription eyeglasses are custom made and are therefore non refundable. We want our customers to be happy, so if you are having any problems with your new eyeglasses kindly let us know within 30 days so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Orders placed in store for contact lenses or glasses can be cancelled within the same day of purchase. Orders cancelled outside of this timeframe may be subject to a restocking fee. Individual criteria applies.
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, credit card must be present. For your security, credit card information is not stored.

HIPPA compliance ensures your privacy. As a reminder, family requesting information for other family members or spouses that are not minors, will need to be listed on the patient's HIPPA release on file, indicating disclosure of medical information to parties other than the patient.
